As long as you have that all clearly spelled out in advance, I can't see a judge agreeing with a tenant who pulled a trick like that.

Because it was not addressed, it rotted through the plywood subfloor under the sink cabinet and soaked the ceiling drywall of the downstairs bedroom below eventually pulling down the whole ceiling and flooding the bedroom and molding the carpet.

If you get at least a 16 seer the heat out put is very good.They come pre charged with freon but it is best to pull a vacuum on line before opening valve to release freon.

I would follow your gut.When I feel that someone is bluffing, I have no problem pulling out and offering my original amount "if the other buyer backs out".
