I agree with Sarah.Tell the top 3 or 4 candidates that you have multiple qualified candidates and are asking them for the highest rent they are willing to pay on a 12 month lease.Let them set the market price amongst themselves and you will reap the rewards now and in the future when you raise the rent on the other units to match it at your first opportunity.You can do it Carlos,you deserve the best rent possible.

The first scammer worked us up into a frenzy and made promise after promise, the major one being that "if you sign up for our 3-day workshop, we will give you access to discounted properties and will then match those properties up with our cash buyers list which is thousands deep!

Unless they are damaged I would leave the countertops as is.I would get some new hardware for the cabinets.I would tile the backsplash.If you are adding a new dishwasher and fridge, I would go stainless or black and get a new stove to match.
