I got feeling that it is mixed neighborhoods which contains new quality construction and old 1920s townhouse,  For life perspective, there are corner coffee shop and convenience shops,other than it is easy access to center city, not sure what is really good about point breeze?

Whenever you ask for a quote and end up with a detailed PDF containing a bunch of pictures and in depth explanations, you pretty much know the company is trying to up sell you.

This is important because that flooring can very often contain asbestos.

You can get a wall unit or a small self-contained sink/stove/fridge like they do in long stay hotels.

That PDF would contain everything needed to steal someone's identity.

Another bucket contains drywall tools.

@Greg Smith, normally I would agree with you, but the only touch up paint needed was in four small quart containers as they had just repainted everything. 

One has roughly $80k, the other around $250k, to invest, liquid capital and not contained in an IRA or 401k.So my question for the group...how are you structuring these types of deals?
