Hi guys,

Pretty simple question:

How do you know if your state is landlord friendly?

Was it through Google? Experience? Lawyer?

thanks

I think you need to look more specific than just at the state level. You will find within a state, some counties/cities will be more 'Landlord friendly' than others. So if you are really interested in investing in some particular state, look at the county/city level laws also.
