I have a taxpayer that wants to redeem basically I have cut the grass a couple of times and sprayed the yard with Permethrin poison to kill the fleas and roaches and ants and other bugs and have cleaned up the property extensively because there was trash everywhere and it was kind of overgrown how do I charge for this if I'm charging for the value and not the cost

There's a couple of things I feel as though your looking at it the wrong way and executing wrong.

I had it done a couple weeks ago, and because there was a legacy report done in 1990 done by a now disqualified inspector they have to make my report and amendment to the original, which means they have to process it through the state to find the original report. 

We just purchased a home in Denton and closing on that home in a couple of weeks.
