Property don't lie but people do is another one. 

So here lies the problem: I have this mixed use concept/idea that I would like to present to a seasoned developer that has access to capital.

Biggest scam ever - they convince you to come to Zoom call and sell you lies.

And the director over at MHC Spivey says it takes 4-6 weeks from application submitted to payment received LIES!

I see fallacies and misconceptions used between the two groups at best, lies at worst. 

Also I doubt he's lying simply because if a realtor has a deal, which includes a bank letter stating that the person qualifies then chances are like 99.9% that they will put it through without question.

I am trying to learn all that I can, and I won't lie, I will say that this is all a little discouraging. what a hard door to get my foot in.

If you mean finding non-mls and putting them on the MLS, at least you might have found a discount  but PLEASE don’t lie to the seller and say you are buying the property.

Isn't the elephant in the room the probability that these people are lying under oath and committing perjury? 

You have more important things to worry about than justice for my people.Because we're a minority in this country, and our many problems don't directly affect you.No, we the Greeks have been well and properly screwed by history from 1452 to the present day, because the world is an unfair and cruel place to those who think there really are such things as decency and justice, rather than just shadows on a wall and lies used by the strong to maintain the status quo that exists and endlessly profits them.In this world, justice, right and wrong, only matter between parties of equal power.
