Valorem Ventures - Legitimate?

Hi

I came across a job posting on ZipRecruiter that sounded like a Wholesaling team looking to onboard new wholesalers. I threw my application in the ring (one-click apply process is pretty light work). I then got a text from a “Ashley at Valorem” with an invite to a Zoom and a post-zoom 1:1 call with her. The Zoom is scheduled for CST and she noted “Texas time”.

I tried researching Valorem in Texas and came across a Valorem Ventures that seems to operate in the MF/syndicate space.

Does anyone know anything about this firm or if the job posting is legitimate? I guess I’m trying to understand if the onboarding involves me paying to leverage their infrastructure (leads, CRM, etc).

Thanks!
