Are wholeTail deals rare because there’s a huge chance of getting your deal stolen?

WholeSaling - noun. A short-term strategy where a person signs a contract for a property with its owner and finds a buyer to assign the same contract. "if you want to sell a contract for a large profit then wholeSaling is probably NOT the way to go"

WholeTailing - noun. A unique method of buying discounted properties and selling them at or near their RETAIL VALUE. "if you want to sell a contract for a large profit then wholeTaling probably IS the way to go"

If the property is listed on the MLS, there's a huge chance of someone going around you and stabbing you in the back compared to if you sell the contract to a trusted cash buyer. Right?
