To @Guifre Mora's tough love, if you are not comfortable with the risk then stay out of the kitchen.

I laugh and say no , since there is no toilet , kitchen and the plumping is disconnected and the electric is off  ( I am using a generator) .As the cops pull up in she shoves me . ( bad move cop sees this ) .

Any competent carpenter can build these, I would speak to the same person who installs your kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

Any more cooks in the kitchen and that it gets pretty messy from an operational standpoint.

Painted interior, laminate floors, stainless steel appliances, and replaced all windows with premium energy star windows(did this more because the windows all were past due).What was the outcome?

I did come up with a portfolio of my work to pitch to someone but it seems like the window for me to find someone is small.
