I want to learn the process of doing a rehab and taking in everything. 

I would agree, as an American I can’t go to other countries and buy property unless I go through a process of theirs to be able to purchase or some you cannot purchase at all

Right now I need help finding a contractor that could help me oversee this project and a permitting people to help navigate the whole process. 

This is a great method as an individual agent is representing each party, so there is less conflict of interest, but because they are in the same brokerage, there is a perceived desire to work together more openly to get the deal to close.

You'll have to deal with them moving out individually and finding new renters when that happens. 

And I, of course, feel gratitude and appreciation towards these individuals who trusted and believed in me.

I have closed primaries for contract workers and there isnt any way around the verifying employment at the end of the loan process.

Pay special attention to sections that outline prohibited actions, architectural guidelines, and the process for submitting requests or complaints.HOAs may update their rules or adopt new resolutions.
