I know they might be easy to borrow from, but you might want to look at more professional funding sources in the longer term.

I am also fortunate to have purchased a marginal deal in a good market and will be ok in the end.

I live near Philadelphia, Pa and don’t see many duplexes or up in my area.

What price range, number of units did you have in mind?

I feel like I should transfer some personal funds to make sure this property is well covered before I purchase my next rental property. 

They are set in a one year lease.
