After watching several BP Youtube videos and BP Webinars, I have, to date, analyzed (using the BP calculator) about 25 properties. 

After that, I read and watched videos on Out-Of-State investing.

Ideally these would be in Ontario but elsewhere could be an interesting venture.Thanks in advance, looking forward to the discussion!

I'm not a pro, but I'm learning to be one, reading many books, following videos on youtube, and also joining some conversation on the bigger pocket forum. i think that a resume of the experience of some of you could be helpful not only for me if not for a lot of new entreprenours on real state. 

You can make great deals while being kind and ethical.There are a ton of YouTube videos and a ton of courses.

I’ve been reading books, watching videos, attending seminars, etc.

I find books are better than podcasts or online videos/webinars as they're packed with info and go in a sequential order! 

I'm just going off of what they say in the webinars and YouTube videos.
