ATTN Canadians: Cities w/ balance of cashflow and appreciation?

Hey guys!

Hope your Thanksgiving weekends we're excellent. This is mostly for Canadian investors, but all input is welcome.

What cities (or areas within the city) have you seen hit a nice sweet spot between cashflow and natural appreciation, and why do you think it's a good opportunity?

Ideally these would be in Ontario but elsewhere could be an interesting venture.

Thanks in advance, looking forward to the discussion! 🍻

Hi @Christopher Choy One way to do it, that I've been hearing more and more, is to invest in a high appreciation location, and then access the equity that builds up using a HELOC, which you can use to invest in a cashflow friendly areas, like Edmonton or Calgary.
