Having a zip code with with million dollar homes right around the corner from war zones doesn't happen in more balanced suburban areas.

We do a good job of compiling voluntary liens (mortgages), but we don't currently track involuntary liens (IRS, judgements, etc), and since our systems build title history on tens of millions of properties, no human has verified their accuracy, and we certainly do not guarantee it. 

Those who have a few million lying around and go in all-cash are probably the exception. ;-)

I listened one RE podcast (not BP) and that host is so bullish for RE.

NC is out of control now, in Bell there are 26 SFH for sale with an average of $1.5 million.
