I think Huntington is a place where a lot of those employees will want to live.

My plan is to hire an employee to carry out these calls and work on commission with a small draw  or I could go the VA route fort this. 

(Assuming the average home being flipped, using the numbers I mentioned above.)My  plan is to do the flipping myself, and hire 1 employee.

Hello,I'm an investor with small portfolio in Florida and have not been able to clarify this question.I have owned for many years a corporation (C-corp) and pay myself a salary via a W-2 just like any other employee of the company.

In my opinion, Home Union's fees are unreasonable and reading through their glassdoor reviews it appears that the company has low employee satisfaction and issues raised in the reviews gave me pause on trusting them to manage a property.

I have a couple employees and I am looking for an online company to do our payroll tax reporting, withholding, etc.
