Residential lease renewal

I have a townhouse that' coming up for a lease renewal. I am pretty sure that my tenant wants to renew it. I previously used a HAR standard lease from my agent. I was wanting to get a more comprehensive lease. Where can I find one? A good attorney referral would also be appreciated.
