As much as I understand the importance of not wasting time, I think about all the "wasted time" that built my network.That deflected question or request, that I answered or fulfilled, became an important part of my network as I guided them forward...either by their participation, a referral from them, or both.  

The ultimate beginners guide is good place to start and the book on flipping houses is good for learning to estimate rehab costs. 

Could anyone please give me some helpful tips or help guide me on where to start?
