If I understand them correctly, they are deals where someone will move a home they have for sale onto an open lot, and receive free lot rent until it is sold off.

Sorry to hear about this predicament.Insurance should absolutely help you but you and I both know that you're going to have to free up the calendar on the days that you decide to call.

Some banks only use one bureau like Transunion or Equifax and whatever that score is they will use to qualify.My advice is to look into a cash out refinance first before you apply for the Heloc so you can pay off debts through the refinance process.Another option would be a personal loan where the bank pays off your debts by consolidating them to help you free up your DTI.
