Filling My Mobile Home Park

It’s been a while since I posted here! I currently own and operate 5 mobile home parks along with my father. We have vacant lots that we are looking to fill in Iowa and Florida. I have seen some people online talking about “Lonnie deals”. If I understand them correctly, they are deals where someone will move a home they have for sale onto an open lot, and receive free lot rent until it is sold off. I understand they are becoming less and less popular, but I was curious if anyone on here still did them or had a contact to someone who still does them. Any additional info on them or something similar is greatly appreciated!
