Currently, house is all electric.The windows are all probably about 50+ years old, but overall in ok shape but you can tell they are letting a lot of cold air in.Finally, I have accounted for lawn care and the interest rate is based off my mortgage lender and it might even be lower as I talked to her this morning again.
