First time cold calling

Hey guys,

I currently live in south FL and I work as an electrician so I get off from work anywhere from 3-5 or sometimes even later. I found out about wholesaling back in 2018 (I know, I know why did I wait so long :p) and was interested, but never took any serious action towards doing it. As time went by I started to become even more serious about my future and what direction I want my life to go and finally decided to take the first step. I recently got my first listing of 500 property owners. I skip traced the the property to get numbers so I can start cold calling and I had a few questions:

1) When a owner has multiple numbers listed. Do you call all of the numbers?

2) When you call numbers and get directed to Voicemail, do you keep track of those numbers and follow up again in a few days? (If they don’t contact you first)

3) When’s the best time to call? (Due to the fact that I get off so late)

I’m really serious about wholesaling and real estate now and look forward to what may come out of the hard work and consistency I’m willing to put towards my goals, and I also look forward to hearing from you guys. And being part of the BP community. Also do you recommend any books on wholesaling or real estate that’ll be helpful moving forward? I’ll really appreciate it

Thank you for your time
