I believe my debt to income is pretty good, however those dang credit cards got me young and haven’t recovered yet.

Right now pre foreclosure, no mortgage/high equity, and probates are getting bombarded with letters and cards, I get letters every few weeks for either my personal home or one of my rentals I have free and clear.
