Brandon,If your new to this just a word of warning finding lenders on Social media of any kind you will run into all kinds of folks . especially those that say they can do loans with no money down and lower rate than you would expect etc.. and then the next thing out of their mouth is your approved just need to send us a fee up front .. usually by zell or one of the other pay apps.. these are 99.9% fake lenders looking to rip you off.reality is no experience ( if that is your situation) No money which you said you dont have any there simply are not legitimate lenders that will make these loans.. lots of frauds out there so just be cautious if someone says they can do the loan .. thats fine the only thing you should pay for is an appraisal .
