Howdy!

I'm a social business consultant currently on project in East Africa... Recently discovered BP.com and it's been a huge help and inspiration.

I owned a single-family house hack for several years and had a lot of success and learned some excellent lessons. (Some pretty brutal, but that's another post)

For the last year my wife and I have focused our real estate investing on generating income (and experience) through vacation rentals secured by a master lease. Now we're making the transition to Florida and looking to purchase a multi-unit property to use as a primary residence/vacation rental for cash flow.
