Let lights in, but will not let lights back out?

I start with demo, foundation and plumbing, then roof and electrical work if needed, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, light fixtures, etc.

I’ve been enjoying my time here in light of current events.

The light rail is going in and there are good jobs.

I currently have about a months worth of living expenses saved up after paying desk and startup fees and this is going to limit my ability to jump into being an agent full time.

Availability seems light at the moment, but I'll keep my eye on the MLS and keep Framingham on my radar.

There's already power (the light fixture) right where you need to put the outlet to plug the two garage door openers into if you decide to go with automatic garage door openers (which I would). 

To shed some light on the subject, I got a loan for 70k as half of the loan is for rehab. 

No one can give you answers; all that can really happen is that light is shed on (hopefully) all corners so that you go forth in light rather than darkness. 

With FHA you can get really good rates, and they allow light cosmetic rehab.
