I did learn "some" things to be dangerous.

I know the best thing that ever happened to me was 13 months unemployed and than getting my dream job that has made me reevaluate what's important to me.I know for me these kick in the butt have been what I have needed to get me off crusie control and I to the dangerous fast lane!

Possession prior to closing can be dangerous, really depends on who that buyer is, skin in the game, their ability to close, their motivation as well.

The licensed real estate agents have a duty to make sure the parties rights are adhered to.The Listing Agent isn't subject to another commission, they have the contractual right to it, if it is so stated in the Seller signed Listing Agreement and they double end the transaction (represent both buyer and seller = dual agency, which can be very dangerous in a litigious society- but hey, liars need to earn a living too!)

Before it can be moved or torn down taxes have to be paid.No mobile owner as they are gone in the wind...So city and county says mr. court owner you have to get rid of that dangerous old health hazzard or lose your license.

But only looking on the surface is a dangerous trap.When it comes to legalities, arguments like "what business is it of theirs" aren't going to hold up.As in most legal situations there are gray areas that can be argued either way.I don't know the answer, but this whole car dealership example just isn't the same.
