It's actually in the nicest high rise in the entire city and its priced actually 3% higher than a same floor plan unit on the 15th floor closed for in january and im on the 32nd floor.

It'll take a full remodel of the bottom floor (it's two flats).

finally sold last year .. bought a nice little 20 unit in PDX and a Condo in Maui  !!!

Although the only property I really want in Baltimore is a condo at 234 Holliday st....even though I know that the property wont be a good investment, Im just in love with the units in this building.
