My interest started when my younger brother suggested that we sign up for the Armando Montelongo free seminar, and then he paid for us to go to the weekend seminar (he told me after the weekend was over that he almost canceled the payment for the seminar, if he would've who knows I'd probably still be a blue collar zombie with no ambition, still trying to figure out what to do with my life).

The crux of the issue from the article above is this one:"Though we do not yet know the details of the Final Rules, I expect that the most contentious issue, whether state regulators will have the right to review Regulation A+ filings, in addition to the SEC review (Blue Sky review), it is a fairly safe bet that the Commissioners will follow the path set out in the proposed rules - which pre-empted the states from any authority to review these new offerings."

@Micah Copelandi just keep the lead sheet with the info of their house on it in a good folder or bad folder. and then on excel where i have all my mailings from listsource i color code and say whether or not to follow up with them in a few months. not sure if there is more i should be doing or not
