How do you take people off your list who don't give you info?

Just called a lead back. Guy spoke like a sailor and his mother would probably roll over in her grave if she heard the vocabulary her son was using. Was very polite and professional with him. Wouldn't give me his name or address the typical "you contacted me" type. Explained I get my info from public record and drop 500 notices a week. I need your name to remove you.

"I'm reporting you to the local PD and you **** can ***** yourself. Click."

Polite call back hoping for Vm.... He picks up first ring to daisy chain more nice things to say together. I explain I need an address or he'll get another letter. This is where it gets comical.

"I just hit *69 which records this phone call." Followed by a trope of more colorful poetry followed by another dial tone and no info.

So what do you do? Nothing? Wait for them to call next month?
