During my time with the GC, I started in new construction and completed a +300-million-dollar hospital and then moved into the interiors (renovations) department completing fast paced interior renovations for financial offices, hotels, law firms, tech companies and a data center to name a few.

Another scenario could be that, that $5k belonged to a hard-money lender.

Current areas of high interest are the Mid West, SouthEast and Mid Atlantic states, and we're trending towards the Carolina's, Virginia and Indiana near employment centers.   

A Realtor is a Salesperson who belongs to the National Board of RealtorsA licencee does not have a fiduciary responsibility to write a contract, The Broker does.If a licencee refused  to write an offer, the first thing to do, is to contact the Broker and discuss the situation with the Broker.

Unfortunately, we haven't even been in Anchorage for 2 years and have lived in the O'Malley center area that whole time so we are still learning all the parts of town!

I belong to the LAREIC and Ventura REIC and they have classes on Occasion but was wondering if there might be anything in person (I know thats a big ask in this day an age ) or maybe a very good virtual course .

Our buyers ( at least in our community) are either empty nesters or sold a home with a bunch of equity in Portland proper and want out of the social issues that are infecting mainly north Portland we have 3 from North Portland who bought and moved out to Canby  :)  WE are not getting the fHA younger family buyer although we have some families sure.. but not the low down payment max leverage buyers.So people start doing what happened in CA and Atlanta and Dallas they move out of the city centers and become commuters or as stated are retired or semi retired or  we do have some that are now working from home.

I'm moving to Nashville to begin residency at the Vanderbilt Medical center.

Any type of investing or house hacking that you would like to do can happen within a 25 mile radius of the center of downtown.
