Huntsville Looks to 2021 with Cautious Confidence

A snippet:

When 2020 started, Huntsville’s economy was doing quite well. It had issued 590 non-residential building permits in 2019 alone including the $1.6 billion Mazda Toyota USA Manufacturing facility, a giant Facebook data center and a $150 million tower addition to regional health care giant Huntsville Hospital.

Long-term investments by the federal government on Redstone Arsenal and by aerospace giants in Cummings Research Park had led to major roles for the city in America’s return to the Moon, and new federal tenants such as the FBI were growing fast on the base. The city ended 2020 a finalist to be headquarters home of the country’s new Space Command

@Steven Nguyen

I'm a humble SFH investor, but my goals are to scale into multifamily apartments one day. The market in Huntsville is healthy, vibrant, and growing. I just moved from Monterey, CA, and have been blown away by how much Huntsville has grown and the availability of highlight skilled jobs.

I live in Madison, and everywhere you drive, there are new construction sites for residential and commercial properties. I'm blessed to live here and learn the market first hand, but I think Huntsville is a gem for investors.

Sincerely

Josh
