I also host a monthly real estate investors meetup in Upper Kirby area of Houston, last time we had about 30 investors come out.

A majority of our income comes from per diems for hosting and food.

You would probably need to go to small claims court, get a judgement, and then see if you can file the judgement against AirBnB to collect money from the host....if they have other properties listed or outstanding funds with AirBnb.   

Also, if you're interested, I host a free cashflow game every month.

That's hard to gauge and if you get it wrong, it comes with a whole host of really, really bad.

Hosts are wonderful and I have no doubt the business is cash flowing.
