So, to sum up a 5 year journey in a few sentences: My wife and I are putting the finishing touches on our design-build company, and are working on the systems used to manage investor projects.

Every day they come in with nice cars, fast food, designer brand clothing, newest smart watch, etc.

They have recently built a convenience road, added more upscale dealerships such as infinity, just built a huge beautiful apartment complex with about 800 units and that same builder will be back in a couple years to do another mixed use building with apartments and retail.  

If it pencils for a builder then it's a deal iand they won't even need to see inside the home. 

@Jennifer Rysdam  its common in our market to find builders lots and not charge commission at all but you get the list backs.. this is quite common...

Definitely nice to see how Podio functions with pre-designed apps and be able to start implementing Podio for our real estate business without an unnecessary learning curve.  

I use software I designed for this purpose so I'm consistent and fast.
