I don't know if I must have a paid automated software to succeed or not , but the many good things I've heard about automated lead generation software make it seems that it's a very valuable tool. 

Quick question for you all....what CRM software are you using to manage all of your contacts and automate many of your processes/postings/etc.  

Lender could run an automated underwriting report on a full application.

I have paid to go to seminars and have a mentorship along with some other things but i know this isnt a get rich quick scheme and feel I need something more than just a webinar or some software to get me started. maybe i need that extra push and essentially shown the different ways to look at this so to speak from someone active.

I am a software engineer full time and part time real estate investor/landlord.

That led to our first software company VeeCal which then brought in sales leading us to a career switch and now to our current location in Branson Missouri.We started out with a resort and then grew into condominiums.

While looking for our first flip I'm also analyzing potential rentals, whole sales and everything I can get my hands on.Our goals is to create a strong portfolio of passive income properties, while also rehabbing houses, to eventually automate the business.My current learning goal is to be able to determine ARV as accurate as possible, as well to be able to create an accurate scope of work.If there's any locals that want to connect lets schedule something so we can sit down get some strong coffee at Colectivo and hopefully we can learn something from each other!

I've also been working as a software developer since 1999 (dropped out of college to cash in on the dot-com boom and never went back).

I'm a software developer and my time available to do REI is limited.

However, a lot of these processes can be automated and the business can be scaled quickly if it is managed correctly.Best of luck!
