My goals are to have enough passive income to support me and my family(obviously) and I'd like to have a no-kill sanctuary for animals somewhere between san antonio and austin(they have such a high population of strays that get gassed- in the hundreds of thousands in SA alone) and a multi-family complex in San Diego for single parents/low-income families that would consist of cottages with yards(for the kids to play in- so it would feel as though they live in a SFR not an apartment).

BP is a serious resource, but you have to be serious (and methodical) in your approach.You won't really be taken seriously unless you are seen to make even a nominal commitment of your time, photos, a short bio, etc.You can save yourself a fortune with all the info that is here, just for the taking.Whatever you like to think about the property business and investing generally, there is a singular consistency with it, you have to work at it.

You need to see how you communicate, things in common, are they honest, judge integrity, you may not need the most successful you may want more knowledge and experience with an agent that doesn't have to beat their head in to stay afloat, they may have retired from another profession so they may have time to take more interest in you.You're looking for a personal business relationship, not a girl friend or drinking buddy, but someone who has ethical standards, knows the business is current understands investing aspects and that has time to devote attention to you.
