Hello to all. Have been reading through the forums, and have already found it to be a wealth of knowledge. I am in Palm Beach county Florida. I am currently flipping homes the old fashioned way. Bought, fixed, sold. Although i am quickly learning there are other, possibly more lucrative ways to participate in this industry.
