Like all types of real estate investing there are hidden costs and risks to be aware of.

Just be aware that you will probably have a different set of buyers many wholesale buyers of SFR are flippers, where almost none of the wholesale buyers for plexes will be flippers.

Both of them are out of state and the daughter doesn't want to deal with the headache of managing the property out of state and is considering selling.My questions is: What do we need to be aware of regarding getting the property under contract?
