Hi everyone, I am looking at getting into the section 8 rental market as a foreign investor, what are the "best" states to invest in, in terms of cash flow and actually working with the city to cooperate and pass inspections.Is there anyone on here who could point me into the right direction of anyone that has done this, or the best way to go about doing this?

As long as the tenant receives it and signs a copy, you should be good.Certified Mail works because the Courts accept this as delivered even if the tenant never picks it up.

I am quite new and inexperienced when it comes to this type of investing and so I am trying to find my niche.

I’ve tried searching for people who have been neighbors to their tenant but haven’t seen anything yet.If you have experience in this I’d love to hear how you handled the relationship of tenant/neighbor.
