How would i Structure this lease option assuming its a 330k house with 25% down and 4.25% interest over 20 years?

With the high cost, high taxes, strict land lord restrictions, and older structures the number just don't add up.

The "Own in Ogden" (in my experience) has helped widows shore up some structural sagging and maybe replace a roof here and there.  

I also want to wholesale, and I want to know if there is a conflict of interest or how to properly go about this and structure my operations the right way.

Just wondering if owning 10 properties with 5% equity in all of them is a dangerous thing or if that sort of portfolio structure is fine as long as the investor has sufficient cash reserves?

I know plenty of investors that structured their deals like that in the Los Angeles market, where it was extremely competitive. 

This deal has a huge number of structural problems and the risk/reward ratio is not even remotely healthy.I think the only way you can do this deal is to do a Master Lease with Option on it.
