This is for sure a great platform for networking. 

I know that AirBnB and VRBO collect and remit the taxes for me on those platforms, but that burden would obviously shift to me for the direct bookings.   

The property was fully furnished as I had it on Airbnb and Furnished Finders, but due to very low traffic on these platforms for suitable renters, I decided to get a long term tenant instead.

Currently thinking Short-term rentals given the more favorable returns and fact my wife would like to dedicate some time to managing the bookings/platforms/furnishing in the near term.

They aren't the cheapest online rent collection service available, but their simple & easy to use web platform as well as fast responses to service questions has kept me with them.A discount vs late fee is really the same thing.  

These sites are built on the same platform and he has access.

I'm guessing my needs are pretty standard and basic as it relates to CRM and what I'm looking for.....I'd like a platform that I can run multiple (e-mail) campaigns from. 

I'm currently exploring all the options for vacation rental management platforms/software including channel managers.

I think BP is a platform that is not saturated with that type of persona or conduct, which is why I think it would be a benefit.
