This keeps the seller from dropping a bomb on us later after we have spent a bunch of time and money on a deal.If a seller isn't forthright and a good steward of fair dealing then my clients do not want the property anyways and we find that out upfront.Are you getting a loan on this??

I haven't spent any time there, as I always viewed State Street as a strong dividing line, somewhat analogous to (but different from) Fountain Square.Any view on whether Windsor Park or Bosart-Brown are considered up & coming, stable or declining?
