I was wondering if anyone had any valuable input on what to ask a small credit union if I’m looking to take out a loan to buy a property....I don’t have an LLC, I do want to own property as a business, I have good credit ~780, I live in Columbus Ohio, I have two full time jobs; turnkey is ideal....

@Alecia Bolton I work down on Edith depending on where the SFR is will depend on the area. if the SFR is in the Vista del Norte Neighborhood then it is in a nice area, that is a small pocket of nice houses in an industrial area. but once you pass Osuna going south on Edith you begin to see more homeless people and the houses are more run down.

I'm going mainly with the 20ft containers because they're easier to move around but might consider 40 footers for the perimeter of the lot instead of a fence, and put lots of dividers and steel doors down the side for small units.

@Tom Ott works for a turnkey company (Smartland) that primarily does single family / small (<5 unit) though they have done mid sized properties and are trying to evolve into a syndicator of even larger deals.Let the board know more about the property; how many units, what area of the city, etc and you should get some recommendations.Oren
