I hate this feeling of helplessness.You need Internet for  “ Simplesafe security” Correct Any Internet service providers and Simplisafe security wants a minimum 12 months contract. 

It is much simpler to use paper deposit slips, vs. trying to find your tenant's deposits on the internet and then integrating those deposits with your accounting system.

Im not on social media and stay off internet forums so I hope to meet and talk with some great likeminded folks here! 

A basic 3 bed 2 bath SFH in Clovis closer to the colleges will rent out for about $1400-$1600 depending on the condition of the house, or rent out each room furnished for about $600 but from what I have researched utilities and internet are usually included.

To me this is a hands on business....not an internet business....I think a lot of these automation tools can set you up for disaster.
