Highly motivated to help this guy because he has 3 other properties he is selling, can possibly negotiate a package deal for all 3-4 properties.PS: Im fairly new to the game, I may not have explained it perfectly but happy to add on if there are questions.Thanks!

An investor is a lot more likely to have all these skills than anyone I know.Put together a package for them to get, say 5k, for finding the deal and running the rehab and paying them $50 a month for the PM work and I think you can end up with a far better investment than what those turn key companies are providing.
