I am developing a tenant application and am a little uneasy asking for personal information.

The best advice you can take is sit back and wait to see what develops before rushing out and paying a lawyer for something that has not yet happened.

I am also looking to work with bird dogs, again, I would prefer someone with experience, but if you are new I can help train you to develop the skills that I am looking to work with.

I have been around contractors my whole life, and have been on numerous job sites/rehabs, so I have developed a very keen sense of locating very professional contractors, and knowing which contractors to stay away from.

Just go to your town's development office and get a re-roof permit for the small area that needs to be changed.

About the rental unit: basement studio (class C neighborhood, funky entry through the garage but sweet outdoor space and lots of light so not a total dive).
