Hello,

My name is Chris Vasquez and I work in the medical field here in San Antonio... My wife and I are looking to purchase our first SFH rental this year in SA. We are originally from West Texas and have made San Antonio home for the last 9 years approximately. Back West we do own a manufactured home that we rent out to this day. We also purchased a couple of lots back West that we were able to hold for a few years then sell for a profit. I really do find the BP platform very helpful and educational. I enjoy listening to BP podcasts, reading BP books, and looking at the forums. We have also found the calculators on BP very useful to help analyze any potential deals we come across. We look forward to attending area meetings and developing relationships over time with other REIs in the area. Well off to work today...Thanks for reading my intro.
