Immaculate, move in & enjoy!

We all know who they are and enjoy the show so hey lets go see what its all about.

I was not really interest in “flipping” or real estate, although I do enjoy watching various television programs about buying, selling, flipping and remodeling property.

I was doing a 2000 amp panel upgrade and wanted to see if I could do them in-house, but decided the liability and performance come too close for the "learning curve" of getting it done, so we ended up just hiring a sub and enjoying the markup.

let the tenants pay the mortgage and you enjoy the cash in your pocket.There's no quick way to turn that into cash without paying that huge tax.  

There are probably 5 posts a day, all of which are excellent (personally, I'm a big fan of @Dave Van Horn and Sterling White).As far the BP podcast, I've enjoyed everyone that I've listened to (especially episode #113 with Jay Papasan). 

I enjoyed just listening and taken all the wonderful knowledge in.

I would enjoy keeping in touch with both of you in the future and hopefully even work together at some point.

We enjoy traveling, boating on Lake LBJ, live music, hiking with our dogs and spending time with our family. 

The work was enjoyable, and this was actually the first house I ended up at full time.
