Happy Sunday Everyone,

My name name is Teah Smalls and l'm from Silver Spring Maryland. I'm extremely new to BP and the wonderful world of Real Estate Investing. I have been taken advantage of all the fulfilling knowledge that fellow members have been sharing thru the varies forums, podcast and educational course. Currently I'm reading J Scott's "The Book on Flipping Houses", which has giving me some great insight. I would love to gain any advice or local resources (e.g educators/clubs/networking ) that will help me continue on me REI journey and one day close on my first fix/flip deal.
