I even use Skype and TeamViewer to communicate with clients so I'd highly recommend looking for one of the best with great references that interviews well with you.So look for someone you can connect with that works out for your situation.Feel free to ask here if you have questions

I would open up a channel of communication  to him find out when he gets out of jail .In this type of work it can comes  with the territory.

Until you've worked with your rehab team a little longer and you've all learned to communicate with each other efficiently.But don't let any of that discourage you - it's pretty fun if you like that kind of thing.

-some of what your looking for you may be able to find in a mix between a property manager and a real estate agent, but you'd probably need to be in communication with both of them frequently.
