Hey BP, 

My name is Tommy from Coral Springs, FL.  I'm a newbie to RE and to be honest finally got the courage to break out of my shell (Ironically i have "Courage written on my left Bicep).  Anyway i just wanted to introduce myself and THANK YOU all for all for the insight and knowledge you offer everyday on BP.  I know its not easy to put yourself out there, but in doing so you make it easier for people like me to learn and interact with like minded folks from all over the world.  

I have a bunch of questions I will post once i can get the words to communicate them intellecutally lol, but wanted to say hello to everyone in the meantime.  I Hope I can add some kind of value to the community as i navigate through this amazing journey we call Real Estate.
